In the past I have declined similar offers because of schedule constraints but there are two features of this opportunity that appeal to me. The first is the assurance that very high quality will be strictly enforced. Not that other journals are intentionally low quality -- the simple fact is that high quality is difficult to maintain when multiple issues appear each year. The second appealing feature is that this series will be annual. I believe it is possible to maintain high standards in an annual publication and I should have the time in my schedule to help achieve that goal. Please let me know if you need other information from me. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you on this series. Blaise
